A message dated June 19, 1998, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
	                                                                              
HOUSE BILL NO. 242                                                            
"An Act relating to unpaid, underpaid, and overpaid royalty and               
net profit share payments due on leases of state land and to the               
collection and payment of interest on those payments."
